The Albert Beerens vineyard cultivates seven hectares of vines in the districts of Arrentières, Bar-sur-Aube, Colombé-le-Sec and Ailleville. The five main varieties grown are Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay and Pinot Gris.
The vines are planted according to their suitability to different parcels of land: soil, subsoil, on slopes and higher hillsides.
A combination of tilling and grass cover keeps the vineyard well maintained. It’s fertilised organically, and any necessary protective products are used only in low doses, are certified organic and have the lowest environmental impact.
