ITS STRUCTURE
The Albert Beerens House cultivates 7 hectares of vineyards in the villages of Arrentières, Bar-sur-
Aube, Colombé-le-Sec, Colombé-la-Fosse and Ailleville.
There are 5 main grape varieties grown: PINOT NOIR, MEUNIER, CHARDONNAY, PINOT BLANC and
PINOT GRIS.
These varieties are planted according to their suitability to the different plots, with their specific soil,
subsoil, on gentle slopes or higher hillsides.
WINE GROWING EVOLUTION
2013: the vineyard was labelled Terra Vitis.
2021: the whole vineyard started its first year of conversion to ORGANIC AGRICULTURE.
2024: the whole vineyard was certified ORGANIC AGRICULTURE.
Other complementary practices are implemented, such as electro-culture and healthy culture. They
even go further than required as they preserve all the living elements according to the holistic
principles.
