For centuries, the Champagne region has been the land of the vine.
Since 1862, the Albert Beerens family estate has been cultivating the riches of this vineyard in the heart of the Côte des Bar, with generation after generation working on more than seven hectares of vines.
The Champagne region is spread over five departments. Within the Aube department, the Côtes des Bar covers a production area of 8,000 hectares of vineyards. This represents a quarter of Champagne’s production, which includes Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier.
Today, the vineyard is managed by Anne-Laure Beerens, the inheritor of her family’s winemaking secrets, and technical director Olivier Desfossé.
